ABOUT ME

I have worked for BBC Radio and Music Operations editing and mixing radio shows, podcasts, speech and a range of genres of music. I also assisted on many live concert broadcasts, working with orchestras such as the LPO, LSO, BBC Symphony Orchestra and BBC Concert Orchestra. This provided a great opportunity to hone my skills working with some of the best musicians and engineers in the country.

I have recently graduated with a 1st Class Hons BSc from the Tonmeister course at the University of Surrey, a degree which teaches the fundamentals of recording, editing, acoustics and electronics. Through this course I have gained experience recording, mixing and editing a range of musical genres and have had my work critiqued by some of the UK's top sound engineers. Whilst on this course I also gained experience recording foley and mixing sound and music for film. During my time on this course I was awarded the Dave Fisher prize for best classical recording.

Over the past few years I have been slowly putting together an edit and mix suite. I am equipped to edit, mix and de-noise podcasts and music recordings using Pro Tools, Izotope RX and a range of plugins. I am also equipped for small scale location recordings.

Additionally, I am a keen musician and I play the violin in London amateur orchestras and for session work.
